Seminars

BIGS Clinical and Population Science doctoral students need to attend 12 scientific seminars per year (6 per semester). The graduate school office announces offered lectures via email.

Students can select the lectures relevant to their interests from lectures offered by:

  • DZNE Seminars
  • Human Genetics Department
  • Institute for Medical Biometry, Informatics and Epidemiology (IMBIE)
  • Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM)
  • The Bonn Neuroscience Seminar Series
  • Immunosensation Lectures

On request, certain seminars from other institutes may also be credited. Please contact the BIGS office regarding the eligibility of these seminars.

Webinars

Bonn institutes, research associations (e.g. DZNE, DietBB), and laboratories also offer online seminars for interested neuroscientists.

BIGS Clinical and Population Science Lectures

BIGS Clinical and Population Science has the possibility to invite external scientists as lecturers to give a talk for the BIGS Clinical and Population Science community in Bonn. Doctoral students and faculty members of BIGS Clinical and Population Science are welcome to contact the BIGS CPS office with suggestions for guest lecturers who could be invited.
